A Funding Gap That Holds Back Alaskan Businesses
Business owners in Alaska face limited options for growth capital. Bank lending has declined, equity financing is scarce, and investor terms can often be unfavorable. At the same time, many established owners are preparing to exit their businesses, creating unmet demand for both funding and deal flow.
A Place Where Capital Meets Community
The Kingsman Alliance seeks to bridge this gap by forming a membership-driven investment collective headquartered at a restaurant and bar in Anchorage. By combining education, capital, and proprietary deal sourcing, the Company aims to give members access to curated opportunities while fostering a strong local investor community. The Ernest Hemingway–inspired space will serve as both a hospitality venue and a gathering hub for professional connections and collaboration.
Untapped Potential in Alaska’s Market
Alaska’s economy offers opportunities in industrial services, construction, and natural resources—areas where access and knowledge remain barriers for many investors. A capitalized, well-positioned investor group can help address this gap. Alongside this, Anchorage’s social dining and membership club market provides an avenue for steady, hospitality-driven revenue.
How Kingsman Plans to Generate Revenue
The Kingsman anticipates revenue from three primary sources:
• Food and beverage sales at its Anchorage location
• Recurring membership fees
• Participation in proprietary investment opportunities available to members
Laying the Groundwork for Launch
The Company owns its Anchorage property, has secured required permits, and invested in planning the restaurant and club buildout. Approximately $300,000 has already been contributed by the founder. Buildout designs are in place for a sixty-guest venue, with plans to launch following a two-month renovation period.
Dear Member,
We’re excited to share an update about an initiative that could enhance the overall experience for Alaska Club Kink members. As many of you know, a new restaurant is being developed adjacent to the club—a space intended to support larger social events, provide convenient dining options, and improve our ability to host gatherings and member activities.
To ensure this project aligns with the interests of our community, we are exploring the possibility of launching a Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) offering with Silicon Prairie. If we proceed, this would give our members the opportunity to participate in supporting the development of the restaurant in a way that directly strengthens the shared environment we all enjoy.
At this stage, we are simply gauging interest from members who want to follow the project and receive updates as we move forward. Expressing interest is completely non-binding and helps us understand whether our community would like to participate in this type of initiative.
Your involvement—whether through feedback, interest, or future participation—plays an important role in shaping the experience we build together at ACK. Thank you for your continued support and engagement.
Warm regards,
Alaska Club Kink Leadership
